MX5 Mk1, Mk2 and Mk2.5 suffer rust attacks to the rear wheel arches areas.

The rear wheel arches of MX5s tend to rust in between the outer and inner sections of the arch. This makes the car look untidy and is often a sign that there may be issues elsewhere.

Once all of the rusty metal is removed, the surface is prepared.

A new sill and wheel arch section is welded in.
