Sill Internals - What do they look like?

It is difficult to find good pictures or explainartuios of what the internals of the sills on a Mazda MX5 actually look like.

We've found a few pictures detailing what the sills look like after the outer part is removed. Most cars require some additional work on the sections you see.

Here's an example of a pretty rusty one. Sometimes there isn't any of the section with the two holes. Very poor cases have the lower part of the single hole section missing.

Here are examples of MK1 and MK2 internals. MK3 and MK4 are a little different.
