The Mk4 MX-5 has won another award.

It's become the UK Car of the Year Award 2016 Overall Winner.

Mazda announced it formally at the Geneva Motor Show on the 1st March.

The UK COTY is award by a group of indepentant journalists and covers all sections of the market from Supermini to Executive Soloon. The Mazda MX-5 beat ioff some very stiff competition from many different manufactures.

We knew the MX-5 had won a number of weeks ago as Anthony was commssioned to make the award through his design business - www.record-designs.co.

Here's a picture of the award which is an engraved rolled stainless steel plate mounted on the Red Cedar plinth. This picture was take just after it was finished last month.
